System Requirements

Secure FTP Server 3 and Secure FTP Server FIPS 3

• Runs on Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2003 x64
• Super VGA (1,024x768) or higher-resolution video adapter and monitor for the administrator interface
• 1 GB of RAM

Auditing and Reporting Module (ARM)

• Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO)
• If you are not using the included MSDE database, ARM requires a SQL Server Express or SQL Server database.

HTTPS Add-On Module

• When used with Secure FTP Server 3 there are no additional requirements.
   
• When used with Secure FTP Server FIPS 3, a browser with support for TLS 1.0 is required.  The following Web browsers are known to include support for TLS 1.0 and have been tested with Secure FTP Server FIPS 3:
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 for Windows
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 for Windows (Additional configuration is required - See GlobalSCAPE KB article ID 10413 for instructions.)

SFTP (SSH2) Add-on Module

• No additional system requirements.
